Job Description
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all assigned projects while ensuring the required quality, adherence to budget, and delivery timelines. They are also accountable for managing and supporting all project-assigned resources. The Project Manager must handle the project's impact both during its execution and after its completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an execution plan and timeline for each upcoming project and assess objectives
- Oversee day-to-day project management throughout the entire lifecycle
- Define and lead project governance
- Monitor the progress of each project and ensure adherence to schedules and deliverables
- Manage the project budget and financial performance
- Anticipate and manage risks, implementing corrective actions when necessary
- Coordinate projects and their interdependencies
- Manage and efficiently allocate resources assigned to projects
- Communicate effectively both internally and externally
- Track project progress and key performance indicators within their scope
- Evaluate project performance
- Collaborate with various stakeholders during projects: architect, data engineer, business analyst, product owner, project manager, etc.
Candidate Profile:
- Bilingual (Arabic and English, spoken and written)
- Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager
- Experience managing data project delivery
- Experience working with Agile methodology
- SCRUM Master or PMP certification (a plus)
- Proficient in project management methods and techniques
- Skilled in Microsoft Office tools, JIRA, MS Project, and Visio
- Strong leadership, management & multitasking skills
- Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills
- Willing to travel within UAE and Middle-East for projects
