We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Account Manager to accelerate our growth across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore or Malaysia, you will be responsible for lead generation, new business acquisition, and management of enterprise accounts in the region.

Missions

Business Development & Lead Generation

· Set lead generation goals and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with SBI's APAC business plan

· Develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia through targeted outbound outreach and strategic inbound lead acquisition

· Promote SBI's Data, AI, and EPM service offerings through direct engagement, networking, and strategic partner collaboration

Client Engagement & Sales Execution

· Coordinate and conduct discovery meetings, solution presentations, and product demonstrations with prospects and clients

· Collaborate with delivery and consulting teams to design solutions tailored to client needs

· Lead proposal development and manage responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)

Partnership & Market Presence

· Build credibility and leverage relationships with technology partners including Snowflake, Microsoft, MicroStrategy, etc…

· Actively participate in industry events and conferences across Southeast Asia to expand SBI's market presence

Pipeline & Account Management

· Track and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools and processes

· Ensure consistent client follow-up, relationship nurturing, and accurate reporting of sales activities and forecasts

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Education

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or a related field

Professional Experience

· Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting, business development, or account management, ideally within digital, software, or tech services

· Proven track record in enterprise account sales

· Exposure to international markets and cross-border business development

Industry Knowledge

· Strong understanding of the Data, Analytics, and AI landscape, or the financial planning industry

· Familiarity with relevant sectors and market trends (industry-specific expertise is a plus)

Skills & Competencies

· Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in a Southeast Asian language or Chinese is an advantage

· Consultative mindset with strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities

· Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment

· Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision

· Proactive, curious, and continuously seeking new opportunities

· Willing to travel approximately 50% of the time across the region for client and partner engagements
