As an Admin & Office Assistant, you will be the go-to person for office logistics and administrative support, ensuring an organized, efficient, and compliant work environment.
Mission & Responsibilities :
Administrative & Operational Support- Maintain organized filing systems and documentation for contracts, office records, and admin processes
- Coordinate supply procurement (office, pantry, IT equipment) and vendor follow-ups
- Support internal purchasing requests and assist with expense and petty cash tracking
- Ensure timely payments and coordination with suppliers and service providers
- Oversee general office organization: cleanliness, stock levels, utilities, equipment
- Liaise with landlords, technicians, and external providers to manage facility issues
- Manage meeting room bookings and logistics for internal and client meetings
- Assist in organizing internal team events, staff celebrations, or client visits
- Coordinate travel bookings or administrative logistics for team members if needed
- Assist in the preparation of official documents to support company compliance
- Ensure administrative practices align with local regulations and internal policies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good level of English communication (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A sense of initiative, reliability, and attention to detail
- Experience with accounting
- Understanding of Cambodian labor or admin regulations
