As our Admin Officer, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations and administrative functions. You will help ensure a smooth and efficient working environment for the team while assisting with basic finance, procurement, and organizational tasks.s. 

Missions : 

Administrative Support 

  • Assisting the HR function throughout the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. 
  • Coordinating logistics for internal and external events. 
  • Managing filing systems and providing support for civil and administrative matters. 

 

Office Management 

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Cambodian offices, ensuring a productive work environment. 
  • Coordinating working conditions for remote teams and managing IT and supplies inventories. 
  • Address technical and operational issues by liaising with vendors. 

 

Accounting 

  • Record, track, and classify expenses systematically.
  • Manage petty cash, event budgets, and office supply procurement.
  • Perform basic financial tracking, such as expense reports and budget updates.
  • Support payroll processing and assist in preparation for external audits.

Qualifications :

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office assistant role
  • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask
  • A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes in a business setting
  • Experience basic accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus
