As a Delivery Program Manager, you will lead the successful execution of project across the APAC region where you will drive operational excellence, delivery governance, and cross-squad coordination.

This role is central to ensuring that SBI APAC delivers projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality — while continuously improving methodologies, tools, and delivery standards across teams.

Delivery Leadership & Governance

  • Define, lead, and monitor all delivery activities, ensuring adherence to methodology, quality standards, and architectural principles.
  • Oversee multiple delivery teams via Delivery Leads, Project Managers, and Scrum Masters.
  • Drive consistent delivery quality while minimizing risks and technical debt.
  • Coach project managers and delivery leads on governance, risk management, and execution discipline.
  • Promote knowledge-sharing, playbooks, and best practices across squads and geographies.

Program & Operational Management

  • Comfortable with all aspects of programmatic delivery — planning, resource allocation, dependency and risk management, and financial governance.
  • Coordinate work across onshore, nearshore, and offshore delivery teams, ensuring effective collaboration and clear accountability.
  • Lead service delivery across hybrid models — including client-site operations integrated with APAC-based teams.
  • Establish delivery KPIs and tracking mechanisms to ensure transparency and predictability.

Project Management Office

  • Own delivery frameworks and continuously improve standards focused on People, Process, and Delivery Readiness.
  • Manage operational tooling and ensure adoption across teams.
  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and performance management of delivery resources.
  • Conduct delivery health checks, retrospectives, and maturity assessments to drive improvement.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Manage client stakeholders to ensure project alignment, transparency, and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate governance reviews and executive steering committees.
  • Build trusted partnerships through proactive communication and measurable delivery outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years in delivery or program management for Data, Analytics, or Enterprise Digital platforms.
  • Proven track record in managing distributed teams across APAC or global regions.
  • Expertise in Agile, Hybrid, and PMO methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coach and influence at all levels.
  • Experience with cloud and data technologies (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, Tagetik, Pigment, etc.) is a plus.
  • Experience managing engagements across T&M, Managed Services, and Fixed Price models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with C-level exposure.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
