As an EPM Consultant within the Performance Intelligence Domain, you'll collaborate with business and technology leaders to define, develop, and implement financial planning and profitability solutions. You'll act as a bridge between functional requirements and technical execution, ensuring the delivery of data-driven financial insights.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understand finance functions and their data requirements, with a focus on financial services and accounting.
- Advocate for technology solutions that streamline profitability analysis and reduce manual processes.
- Translate functional needs into technical requirements and collaborate with development teams.
- Develop and maintain enterprise profitability data architectures, including databases, models, and reports.
- Govern and ensure data integrity in dynamic business environments, supporting insights into profitability, revenue, and cost analysis.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years implementing or operating an EPM/CPM platform, or in an FP&A.
- Familiarity with financial services, finance analytics, with budgeting and forecasting cycles and how they are governed.
- Academic background in computer science, finance/accounting, business, or related field.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to hold a conversation with executive management, financial group controller and Data Analyst/Engineer.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Tagetik, Pigment, Oracle EPM/Hyperion Essbase
- Previous roles in finance or working knowledge of financial management systems are a plus.
- A strong work ethic with the ability to lead and manage strategic initiatives.
- Consulting experience and English fluency
