Missions

Marketing & Commercial Enablement

  • Define and execute the marketing roadmap aligned with business priorities
  • Develop marketing materials to support sales and recruitment (brochures, decks, one-pagers)
  • Collaborate with leadership and consultants to highlight our expertise and success stories

Communication & Brand Positioning

  • Manage content strategy and oversee all communications across channels (LinkedIn, website, newsletters, press)
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, internal and external
  • Monitor KPIs and audience engagement to optimize campaigns and initiatives

Events & Visibility

  • Oversee the organization of key internal and external events (client events, community talks, CSR actions)
  • Build relationships with media, partners, and ecosystem actors to expand our visibility
  • Represent the company in external initiatives, in alignment with our brand values

Team Coordination & Leadership

  • Supervise communication contributors or interns
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, HR, delivery) for integrated campaigns
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality control on all communication initiatives

 

Qualifications: 

  • At least Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role
  • Excellent command of English. French, Chinese is a plus.
  • Proven ability to create and execute marketing plans from scratch
  • Strong experience with social media management, content creation, and corporate communication
  • Background in organizing business or tech-related events
  • Experience with tools like Canva, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution and adaptability
