As a Data Analyst (Mid-level), you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights to support business decisions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and BI consultants to deliver high-quality analysis and reporting.

Missions
Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Translate business needs into analytical requirements
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support business and client needs
Reporting & Visualization
- Design and develop dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and relevance in reporting outputs
- Maintain and improve existing reporting solutions
Data Preparation & Collaboration
- Extract, clean, and transform data using SQL and other tools
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data availability and quality
- Support data modeling and KPI definition aligned with business objectives
Stakeholder Interaction
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to project discussions
- Support business teams in understanding and leveraging data
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytics role
- Experience working in a consulting firm, technology company, or international organization is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation
- Hands-on experience building dashboards/reports in at least one major BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, or MicroStrategy)
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and KPI definition
- Exposure to Snowflake and/or dbt is a plus
- Comfortable working with Excel for ad-hoc analysis
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with a structured, process-driven approach to work
- Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting digital and AI tools to improve productivity
- Proactive mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is a strong advantage
