For our office in Phnom Penh that is the heartbeat of our operations, housing over 50 dedicated professionals. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Office & Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our office and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining a productive, organized, and welcoming workplace. This hybrid position blends front desk reception duties with office management responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be an organized, tech-savvy professional with a welcoming personality, capable of supporting both administrative functions and team operations in a fast-paced IT environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and partners with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Manage phone calls and route them appropriately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Provide general information and assistance to visitors and staff.
  • Manage office supplies inventory; order and restock as needed.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, appointments, and internal events.
  • Support onboarding of new employees and maintain administrative records.
  • Liaise with building management, cleaners, and maintenance vendors.
  • Ensure office security, health, and safety compliance.
  • Assist with budget tracking for office expenses.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Ideally with previous experience as a Front Desk Representative, Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a digital, IT-driven environment.
  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in accounting, business or administration is a plus.
