Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst based in Dubai to drive data and digital transformation initiatives across the GCC, with frequent travel to Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Abu Dhabi. In this role, you’ll partner closely with both business and technical teams to translate complex needs into clear, structured requirements and ensure proposed solutions deliver real value. You will lead workshops, guide delivery teams, support UAT, and help shape client adoption. Experience in finance or insurance is highly desirable, alongside strong communication and documentation skills.
Location: Dubai, UAE (with regular travel across the GCC — mainly Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Abu Dhabi)
Project Focus: Data and digital transformation projects across diverse industries. Prior experience in finance or insurance is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis, and workshops with business and technical teams.
- Document and structure business and functional requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client objectives.
- Support dashboard/report validation (Power BI, MicroStrategy).
- Coordinate UAT and facilitate smooth user adoption.
- Contribute to proposals, scoping, and process improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior analysts and support project delivery excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in data or digital projects.
- Experience working with finance or insurance clients is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
- Based in Dubai and willing to travel frequently across the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Abu Dhabi, etc.).
