Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Consultant ( FS) with a strong background in data integration and analytics. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Oracle ERP solutions and a solid understanding of financial assurance processes. This role is critical in enhancing financial data integrity across systems, supporting compliance, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
 

Location: Dubai, UAE (with regular travel across the GCC — mainly Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Abu Dhabi)
Project Focus: Data and analytics projects across various industries. Experience in finance and insurance is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Integration & Analytics
    • Design and implement data integration solutions across multiple financial systems.
    • Develop and maintain ETL processes, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks.
    • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across platforms.
  • Financial Assurance & Compliance
    • Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to identify data quality gaps.
    • Implement controls and governance frameworks to ensure audit readiness.
    • Support regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., IFRS, SOX).
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP consulting, with a focus on data integration and analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of financial assurance, compliance, and reporting processes.
  • Proficiency in SQL, OIC tool, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Oracle analytics).
  • Experience with ERP data migration, reconciliation, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions (Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud ERP).
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and audit requirements.
  • Experience in process automation and advanced analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
