Data Integration & Analytics
- Design and implement data integration solutions across multiple financial systems.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes, data pipelines, and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across platforms.

Financial Assurance & Compliance
- Collaborate with finance and compliance teams to identify data quality gaps.
- Implement controls and governance frameworks to ensure audit readiness.
- Support regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., IFRS, SOX).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP consulting, with a focus on data integration and analytics.
- Strong knowledge of financial assurance, compliance, and reporting processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, OIC tool, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Oracle analytics).
- Experience with ERP data migration, reconciliation, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of cloud-based ERP solutions (Oracle Fusion/Oracle Cloud ERP).
- Familiarity with financial regulations and audit requirements.
- Experience in process automation and advanced analytics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight timelines.
