Job Description:

We are hiring a Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) Consultant to deliver BI/AI projects, dashboards, reports, and insights, working closely with business users and executives. The role requires strong Strategy hands-on experience, client-facing communication skills, knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data warehousing concepts. Occasional travel across the Gulf region may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Strategy dashboards, reports, and metadata models.

  • Translate business requirements into data solutions.

  • Perform Strategy system administration, maintenance, and performance tuning.

  • Support end-users through training and documentation.

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy.

  • Present solutions and updates to business stakeholders.

  • Travel within the Gulf region when needed.

 
  • Candidate Profile

    • 3+ years of experience in Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy)

    • Metadata, document dashboard & dashboards development

    • Transaction & distribution service experience

    • General Strategy administration, maintenance and fine-tuning experience

    • Experience in both Strategy Developer & Workstation

    • Understanding business requirements, being bridge between technical and business area

    • Experience of developing and delivering Strategy Training programs to empower users

    • High level of confidence and communication

    • Strategy Certification

    • SQL/ETL/Cloud platforms/DWH Concepts knowledge
