Job Description:
We are hiring a Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy) Consultant to deliver BI/AI projects, dashboards, reports, and insights, working closely with business users and executives. The role requires strong Strategy hands-on experience, client-facing communication skills, knowledge of SQL, ETL, and data warehousing concepts. Occasional travel across the Gulf region may be required.
Key Responsibilities

Develop Strategy dashboards, reports, and metadata models.

Translate business requirements into data solutions.

Perform Strategy system administration, maintenance, and performance tuning.

Support end-users through training and documentation.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data accuracy.

Present solutions and updates to business stakeholders.

Travel within the Gulf region when needed.

Candidate Profile
-
3+ years of experience in Strategy (formerly MicroStrategy)
-
Metadata, document dashboard & dashboards development
-
Transaction & distribution service experience
-
General Strategy administration, maintenance and fine-tuning experience

Experience in both Strategy Developer & Workstation
-
Understanding business requirements, being bridge between technical and business area

Experience of developing and delivering Strategy Training programs to empower users

High level of confidence and communication

Strategy Certification

SQL/ETL/Cloud platforms/DWH Concepts knowledge
